Consultation(s)-

We begin with one or more consultations with you and, when appropriate, members of your support team. These conversations help me understand your goals, strengths, current challenges, and what has or hasn’t worked in the past. From there, we design a clear, realistic plan tailored to your daily life.

Rapport Building-

A strong, trusting relationship is the foundation of effective coaching. I prioritize building a collaborative connection that supports accountability and growth. During this phase, I gain insight into your routines, responsibilities, stressors, and the systems that may need strengthening.

Goal Setting & Action Plans-

Together, we establish clear, achievable goals aligned with your needs. Whether the focus is executive functioning, emotional regulation, communication, financial habits, or independence, we create a practical action plan designed for steady, measurable progress.

Ongoing Support & Accountability-

Change requires consistency. Through regular check-ins, we track progress, adjust strategies, and problem-solve barriers as they arise. Ongoing support and accountability help translate goals into sustainable habits.
